Do you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and bringing smiles to customers? 🎲
Tactivia Games is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to assist our growing base of board game fans across the UAE.
What You’ll Do:
- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and Instagram DMs
- Help customers with product info, order status, and returns
- Communicate with the fulfillment team to resolve delivery issues
- Collect feedback and share it with the product & sales teams
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Organized, patient, and genuinely helpful
- Tech-savvy (Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, Instagram, etc.)
- Based in the UAE and available part-time (freelance or flexible visa holders welcome)
