Returns & Exchanges

At TACTIVIA GAMES LLC, we want you to love every game you order. If something goes wrong with your purchase, don’t worry — we’re here to help. While we do not offer refunds, we’re happy to provide exchanges only, under the conditions outlined below.

1. Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original shrink-wrapped packaging.

  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase.

  • Used, damaged, or incomplete products are not eligible for exchange.

2. How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, contact us at support@tactiviagames.com with:

  • Your name and order number

  • Reason for the exchange

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging (especially if damaged or defective)

We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

3. Damaged Items (During Delivery)

If your item arrives damaged by the courier, please:

  • Take clear photos immediately upon receiving the package

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

We will assess the damage and may offer an exchange at our discretion.
Please note:

  • Tactivia Games is not liable for courier damage

  • Exchanges for courier-related issues are handled on a case-by-case basis

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If the product has a manufacturing defect or you received the wrong item, we’ll gladly send a replacement at no extra cost.
You must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order, with clear photos.

5. Changed Your Mind?

If you changed your mind and the product is still unopened and in perfect condition, we’ll offer you an exchange for another item of equal or higher value (you pay the difference).
You will be responsible for return shipping costs in this case.

6. Refunds

We do not offer refunds under normal circumstances. However, if you cancel your order within 8 hours of placing it (and the order has not yet been processed or shipped), you are eligible for a full refund.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Items Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Opened or used products

  • Custom editions or special orders

  • Items bought on sale

  • Gift cards
